RailDuster – Drawer Slide Vacuum Nozzle for Festool D27/D36
Remove sawdust from your drawer slides easily and thoroughly.
The RailDuster is a specially designed vacuum nozzle for cleaning dust, sawdust and drilling debris from inside drawer slides. Ideal for kitchen installers, cabinet makers and furniture builders, where keeping drawer runners clean during installation can be a challenge.
Its slim nozzle reaches deep inside the profile of the drawer slide, helping remove debris before it can end up in the bearings or moving parts.
The RailDuster is available in two sizes:
* RailDuster Standard – 8 mm
Designed for wider drawer slide profiles, such as Blum runners.
* RailDuster XS – 5 mm
Extra-slim version for narrower profiles, such as Grass Nova Pro drawer slides.
Both versions feature a standard Festool-compatible D27/D36 hose connection, allowing them to connect directly to commonly used Festool dust extraction hoses.
The nozzle head can be rotated, making it easy to clean both left- and right-hand drawer slides without awkwardly repositioning the vacuum hose.
An integrated air bypass allows additional air into the system. This is especially useful with dust extractors that cannot automatically reduce their suction power, helping maintain sufficient airflow when the narrow nozzle is inserted deep into a drawer slide.
Made from antistatic ESD PETG, the nozzle helps reduce static buildup, so dust is less likely to cling to it.
