RailDuster

Customer: Wedaki BV. - Craftsmanship in Kitchen Installation

Industry: Kitchen installation industry

Challenge: Removal of dust collection in the drawer slides

Solution: The outcome was the RailDuster. A convenient solution to attach to a standard Festool vacuum hose. First the standard RailDuster was made for Blum® rails, but the customer was using a Grass® rail which is even narrower. Therefore the XS version was also made of the RailDuster.

Bicycle parts and tooling

Customer: BATT cycles

Industry: Handcrafted Bicycles, Frames & Components

Challenge: Production of several bicycle parts and some tooling needed to be made

Solution: The parts which were designed by BATT cycles were produced with additive manufacturing

John Deere cooling fan repair

Customer: Fol-tech

Industry: Service engineering

Challenge: The cooling fan of a John Deere tractor was damaged and the complete cooling unit including housing needed to be replaced, although just the fan was damaged.

Solution: A new replacement fan was reversed engineered and printed in carbon reinforced nylon, which is extremely strong and temperature resistant. The tractor is working smoothly again in high temperatures

   

Makita blower holder

Customer: Vrugteman Montagetechniek

Industry: Construction industry

Challenge: Request for sturdy holders for caulking gun and Makita blower. All holders he owned in the past simply broke off.

Solution: Made some new holders for Makita blowers and for caulking guns in general.
